-We
offer you

availability before sending us our booking form in accordance with your
accommodation needs.
- Click on the apartment you are interested in , you can see detailed
description, location in map, pictures (click to enlarge) ,
prices and booking form.
- Send us our
reservation form via e-mail, filling all the fields
with your details .
Second steep
- We will answer you immediatly or as soon as posible via e-mail
sending our form with the economic details of your reservation
with the link of our secure page connexion (virtual tpv) to make the prepayment.
(online payment 100% security payment link).
-The prepayment has to be paid by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD ) from then the apartment will be locked to avoid other
bookings.
- This amount will be discounted from the total price and implies
the 20% or 25% of it (Deppending the apartment), plus small
tax .The remainder 80%
or 75% will be paid in cash at the
owners at the arrival to the apartment.
Third steep
- Once we've recived your prepayment and the confirmation by
our bank that your payment is OK , we will send you confirmation
of your reservation and the owner's details as soon as posible
when you make a prepayment you accept all our terms and conditions.

Arrival time
- The day of your arrival, the owner will be waiting for you at
the apartment to welcome , show you the apartmentand, give you
the keys and inform you personally about all the details of it, you have
to pay the remainded amount in cash and the refundable diposit as
well.
We would request that in case of delay you would please phone
the owner as soon as possible to avoid unnecesary waitings.
Chek in will be done after 4 P.M., in case other host
leave the apartment the same day, in order to allow us enough
time to leave the aparment in perfect condition for you. Related
to this point, we will inform you with time enough.
Departure
time
- At you departure, it should be done before 12 A.M.
of the last day. This norm admits flexibility with the hour,
in case there's no host incoming the same day. The deposit will
be refunded in cash or by bank transfer (2 days later),
deppending the apartment if there is not damage or incident in the apartment and you will give the keys
to the owners or representatives.
Cancellations
- If you cancels a reservation, there is a cancellation charge
that will depend on the number of days before the beginning
of the rental period:
* More than 59 days: 25% of the pre-payment
* 33-59 days before : 50% of the pre-payment
* Less than 32 days before: 100% of the pre-payment.
Cancellations made for period Barcelona Forum 2004,
and
especial events:
100% of the prepayment.
The credit card details given us for any reason by phone to make
reservations, have to be to accompany by a Fax or mail authorization or
telling us that you will give this details by phone.
Once the tenant has
paid the total amount to the owner this is not refundable in any case.
Only if we have this confirmation we will make the prepayments for you and
we will confirm your reservation with the owner's details.When you pay the
prepayment with our company you accept all our terms and conditions.
If gobarcelona
apartments
have to cancel any reservation due a problems with apartments booked by
customers once they have made prepayments, gobarcelona apartments always
is oblegated to offer customers alternative accommodation with similar
facilities at same prices even if this new apartments have high prices
depending availavilities in every moment, if clients doen't accept
alternative accommodation offered, gobarcelona apartments will refund to clients
their prepayment made less a extra charge equivalent 25% of prepayment
made.
If gobcn apartment can
not offer you alternative accommodation once a client have made prepayment
, gobcn apartment will refund you 100% prepayment without extra charge for
clients.
NUMBER OF GUEST
The client will
inform gobarcelona apartments of the number of guests included within the
booking. Unless otherwise agreed by gobarcelona apartments, only the number of
persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorised to use
the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not
exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for
children under two years of age. Pets are only allowed where permission
has specifically been granted.
In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations,
gobarcelona apartments at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client
to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any
type of compensation.
Please Note:
Availabilities change on a daily basis, and we are
unable to guarantee your reservation, until we are in receipt of the
relevant deposit made to you in our offer. As there are many events in
Barcelona throughout the year, prices can change without before notice, Barcelona apartments are usually very
booked, therefore to avoid disappointment, your prompt attention to our
offer would be required.

APARTMENTS
RULES
.
Please respect our neighbors - normal working people who need to get up early
and go to work every day so please respect the noise levels in the stairwells as
well as in the apartments.
Our customer have to respect the rules that pertain to the apartment and the
community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as a party space but
that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We emphasize
that you look at the rules thoroughly in order to avoid any future problems.
We wish our customer have a good experience in Barcelona.

Parties are not
allowed. - Silent hours: Monday - Friday 10 pm to 9 am, - Saturday -
Sunday 12 midnight to 10 am - Respect the noise level when in the staircase.
- Please turn off the air-conditioning or lights if you leave the apartment
All guests must treat the property and furnishings of
the apartment with total respect. Likewise all guests must at all times be
respectful of surrounding properties and other people in the building.
Undue noise
and unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the guests being
asked to vacate the property immediately WITHOUT COMPENSATION
PAYMENTS
Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to secure the
apartment of your preference. A prepayment of 20% or 25% of the full stay price is due at time of
booking, plus iva tax of prepayment ( Equivalent at 3,2% of total
reservation)
The balance
of the full stay cost is due in cash to the owners the day of check-in. Reservations without prepayments are subject to cancellation.
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, accepted.
Every reserve has a
charge for cleaning one time fee about 30/40/50/60 euros depending of the
apartment.
The owners ask for a
refundable diposit of 150 euros. This has to be paid in cash in
your check-in day and will be renfund you at the end of the stay or by
bank transfer 2 days after your stay (deppending the apartment) only
if there is not damage or incident in the apartment. More than 15 days
stays please ask for diposit rates
There is not extra charge for arrival late at the apartments.
Children under 10 years no extra charge.
Cots for babies (offerend depending the apartments) on request without
extra charge.
RESPONSABILITY
Neither
gobarcelona apartments
nor its agent(s) shall be held liable for, and customer waives any claim
against
gobarcelona apartments and its agent(s) for any loss of or damage to property or injury to
person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful
act or omission, of any other transportation company, lodging
property, agency or any persons, rendering any of the services
included in the stay at a
gobarcelona apartments property. In no event shall any party be liable for consequential
damages. In the event the services or accommodations described in the
corresponding
gobarcelona apartments collateral cannot be provided due to
delays or any other reason beyond the control of
gobarcelona apartments,
gobarcelona apartments
will exercise all reasonable efforts to arrange alternative
comparable services or accommodations. However,
gobarcelona apartments
will not be liable for, and customer
hereby waives any claim against
gobarcelona apartments, for any failure of performance by
any other transportation company, lodging property, agency or any other third
party providing services hereunder.

BEHAIVOUR
The person signing the present agreement will be liable for the
correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her.
Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not
behave in accordance with normal civic standards, GOBCN APATMENTS
shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying
him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to
claim any type of compensation whatsoever.
COMPLAINS
gobarcelona apartments shall not be liable for the breakage of the elevator
or for any other inconveniences which are beyond his control.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, gobarcelona apartments shall do its best
efforts to remedy in a diligent manner any of such inconveniences. In
principle, any of such inconveniences do not entitle the client to
claim a reimbursement for the amounts paid unless the client is
obliged to move him/her self to a hotel while the reparation works
take place. In that event, gobarcelona apartments will reimburse the client
with an amount equivalent to the rent paid for the days not occupying
the apartment. Should the client have any query during his stay, the
host will have to communicate such query to gobarcelona apartments prior to
leaving the apartment FOR SUCH REASON. Queries made at the end of the
stay will not be taken into consideration. In the event the client
leaves the apartment without gobarcelona apartments being informed, the host
shall loose all rights to claim a compensation.
Only complains received by e-mail or fax will be in
cosideration.
